Our team will first confirm the referral details with you. After that, we will contact the referred person to understand their villa requirements and guide them through our SSD Housing projects in Doddaballapura.
Once the referred customer successfully books a villa with SSD Housing, you will receive a referral reward of up to 3% as a total villa value.
Submitting a referral does not automatically qualify for a reward. The referral incentive will be provided only after the referred customer successfully books a villa with SSD Housing and completes the required payment process as per the agreement.
Referrers are welcome to refer multiple individuals. Rewards will be provided for each successful villa booking made through your referral, subject to the program terms.
If a customer is referred by more than one person, the referral reward will be granted only to the first referrer registered in SSD Housing’s records.
The referral program is available for a limited time. SSD Housing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
